By accessing TheCombain, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

TheCombain provides business lead discovery, lead data extraction, and SEO audit document production. All lead data is sourced from publicly available business websites.

3. Data Accuracy

All lead data (emails, phone numbers, contact names) is scraped from real business websites and verified. We do not fabricate, generate, or synthesize contact data. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of third-party data.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use lead data only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable email regulations
• Do not resell raw lead data
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the platform

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are used to unlock lead data and SEO documents. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

TheCombain is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
